Thermal Stress Indicator Card

A simple visual indicator that helps you monitor your body’s heat response associated with stress.

The Stress Card is a temperature-sensitive card that changes color in response to the warmth of your skin, providing a general visual indication of your body’s heat response associated with stress. It is easy to use and can be carried with you at home, at work, or while traveling for quick and convenient self-checks.

Using thermochromic technology, the card reacts to the temperature of your hand and displays a color indicator that corresponds to one of the stress-level categories printed on the card.

How to Use:

1. Hold the card in your hand and place your thumb on the black circle in the center.
• If there is a transparent protective film covering the black circle, remove it before first use.
2. Wait 5 to 10 seconds for the card to respond to your body heat.
3. Observe the color displayed on the indicator and compare it with the stress-level guide printed on the card.

Color Guide:

Calm

Your skin temperature corresponds to a relaxed and calm state.

Normal

Indicates a balanced and typical condition.

Tense

May suggest the presence of mild physical tension or temporary stress.

Stressed

May indicate a higher level of physical stress response.

Important Notes

• The Stress Card responds to skin temperature and provides a general indication only. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, measure, treat, or monitor any medical or psychological condition.
• Results may be influenced by environmental temperature or if your hands are unusually cold or warm.
• For the most consistent reading, use the card when your hands are at a normal temperature.
• The card may be used repeatedly to observe changes in your body’s thermal response over time.
